Description of Service
Panlam is an AI-powered creative platform. Our tools include prompt engineering for AI image and video generation (optimized for tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Sora, and others), UGC (User-Generated Content) photo and video creation, and additional creative tools we continue to develop and release.
Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Credits and Payments
3.1 Credit System
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to use AI-powered features. Credits can be purchased through the billing page.
3.2 Payment Processing
Handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT compliance for card and digital wallet payments.

Current credit packs and pricing are displayed on the billing page. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.
3.4 Refund Policy
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
- For Paddle payments: refund requests for payment-related issues (duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions) should be directed to Paddle's support or to us at support@panlam.com. Paddle handles refund processing in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
- For Cryptomus payments: cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Refunds for crypto payments are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- If you experience a technical issue where credits were deducted without the Service being delivered, contact us and we will investigate and restore credits if appropriate.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use automated bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
The Service, its original content (excluding user-generated prompts), features, and functionality are owned by Panlam and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Your Prompts
You retain ownership of prompts you create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your generated prompts. However, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs through AI models in order to deliver the Service.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service generates AI prompts intended for use with third-party AI tools. We do not guarantee that prompts will produce specific results. The output quality depends on the third-party AI tool you use. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you generate with third-party tools complies with those tools' terms of service and applicable laws.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panlam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Panlam from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits will be forfeited upon termination for cause.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
